Organizers of the Sixth Annual Boston Bike Film Festival have asked filmmakers with a cycling habit to submit their work to be shown this weekend at the Brattle. The event is a fundraiser for local cycling advocacy groups, including MassBike. Films from past festivals have ranged from an exciting chase on bikes with a twist ending, to the ultimate speed machine, to the story of a young woman’s coming of age. Types of films shown at the BBFF include animated shorts, digitally enhanced clips, and feature length documentaries.
