“After 42 years at Casablanca I was ready to move and started contemplating a sale over a year ago,” says owner Sari Abul-Jubein. “It’s been wonderful meeting so many people, and working with so many people.” Click the image at right to read the full text of Abul-Jubein’s letter.
Casablanca will remain open through the end of August, when the new owners will take over and begin construction on a new restaurant. Until then, please join us in revisiting old memories and making new friends at Casablanca.
