It’s that time of year again, the time to look back on the films that premiered in the past year, tally up the ‘best of’ lists, and start handicapping the upcoming awards shows. As usual, the Brattle is here to help you catch up with some of the best films of 2011. Whether your taste leans towards big name titles, inspiring documentaries, genre freakouts or little-indies-that-could, there’s something for everyone in this lineup. And don’t miss our annual event with the Boston Society Of Film Critics on February 4 – they’ll be handing out awards, hosting guests, and screening a film from amongst this year’s award winners.
