Fitzgerald & the Jazz Age
Co-presented with The American Repertory Theater
Fri, May 17 – Tue, May 21
In collaboration with our friends at the American Repertory Theater and in celebration of their new musical production, Gatsby (opening May 23!), we’re excited to present this special film series. “Fitzgerald and the Jazz Age” examines F. Scott Fitzgerald as an author and screenwriter as well as exploring the real world that the characters in his works inhabited. From modern depictions of the Jazz Age like Damien Chazelle’s BABYLON to famous films from the period like Chaplin’s THE KID to Fitzgerald’s only fully realized and credited screenplay (the stirring THREE COMRADES) these screenings offer an opportunity to enter the world of Gatsby before you see it come to life on the stage!
Stay tuned for upcoming showtimes!
