The Late Show

BOUND is a film where the subtle gestures of lesbian and queer desire explode, colliding spectacularly with the clichés and tropes of film noir. Gangster moll Violet’s (Tilly) seduction of ex-con and current plumber Corky (Gershon), and their subsequent joint plan to rob the former’s violent kingpin boyfriend Caesar (Pantoliano), leads them both down a path of no return, full of explicit violence, sex, subversion, performance, and power plays.
