KISS KISS BANG BANG is a refreshingly irreverent neo-noir with just the right amount of respect for its source material. In this murder mystery infused with the caustic wit and dark sensibilities of Chandler and Hammett, Robert Downey Jr. plays a thief who falls into a Hollywood acting gig and Val Kilmer plays a private eye who is hired to coach him.
