Precocious Matilda (Wilson) is a genius living with a crooked family of lunkheads until, one day, she is sent to a new school. At first, things aren’t much better at Crunchem Hall—the headmistress is a nightmare who hates children—but soon Matilda finds friendship and begins to discover herself.
