In Tribute to Norman Jewison!

For a special 35mm screening on “Reel Film Day” (3/5 get it?), we’re excited to pay tribute to one of the most versatile and distinguished directors of the second half of the 20th century. Norman Jewison is known for many amazing films, including Brattle faves The Thomas Crown Affair and In the Heat of the Night, and that has a lot to do with his facility and rapport with his actors. What better way to pay tribute to him then by screening MOONSTRUCK, the film that won Oscars for both Cher and Lowell’s own Olympia Dukakis. Brattle Debut!
