Hoping some distance will help Carol Anne (O’Rourke) get rid of her haunting problem, her parents have sent her to live with relatives in their high-rise Chicago apartment. Unfortunately, too much talk therapy attracts evil spirits, and Carol Anne is in danger of being lost to the “Other Side” once again.
