In Allan Arkush’s absurdly over-the-top punk romp, the inimitable P.J. Soles stars as teenage Riff Randall, who is desperate to meet The Ramones so she can give them the song she’s written. When tyrannical high school principal Miss Togar (Woronov) interferes, Randall and the band take matters into their own hands.
