We’ve pushed up our traditional Valentine’s Day screenings of this immortal comedic fantasy to pay tribute to its director/producer, Rob Reiner. Reiner does and should get a lot of credit for pushing this beloved film into the world. Many had tried and failed to make a version of THE PRINCESS BRIDE over the years, and it was only Reiner’s determination that created the—yeah, we’ll say it—perfect version that we have today.
