High school valley girl Julie (Foreman) meets and falls for a Hollywood punk named Randy (Cage) after breaking up with her hunky boyfriend, Tommy. But Julie bows to peer pressure and reconciles with Tommy just in time for prom. Heartbroken, Randy decides the only thing to do is crash the prom and confront his romantic rival.
