You may not have been aware that Pamela Anderson starred in a gender-swapped, dystopian sci-fi remix/remake of CASABLANCA in 1996… but we never forgot!

Anderson stars in the Bogart role (though she bares a lot more skin and fires about 1,000% more bullets than Bogie ever did) as Barb Wire, a nightclub owner/mercenary in Steel Harbor, one of the last free zones in the now fascist United States. The action heats up when fugitive scientist Cora Devonshire (Rowell) shows up at the bar with her husband—and Barb’s old flame—guerrilla fighter Axel Hood (Morrison), on a mission to escape to Canada.
