Disaffected teen Donnie (Gyllenhaal) is just not doing well. His well-meaning parents are confounded, his sisters are annoyed, and his therapist thinks he’s schizophrenic… but when Donnie meets Frank—a 6-foot-tall demonic bunny, everything changes. Frank shares with Donnie that the world will end on Halloween night and asks him if he believes in time travel. As Donnie, his family, and his new girlfriend (Malone) unknowingly head towards a tragic climax, the possibility for sacrifice and salvation begins to take shape.

Craft-Along screening note: Lights will be kept on half way and attendees are encouraged to bring craft projects to work on. Tickets for this screening are $13 for all. Brattle passes are accepted.
