SPRING INTO MOVIES!
Ugh! Did I really just write that? Sorry, my brain is broken after fitting all of the great stuff into this edition of the Brattle schedule…. We’ve got our annual REUNION WEEK series (which features our only 50th anniversary screenings of JAWS!). We’re thrilled to host another edition of NOIR CITY BOSTON, focusing on “Dark City Dames.” There are series featuring Val Kilmer, David Cronenberg, and Nobuhiko “HAUSU” Obayashi and can’t miss new restorations of landmark African-American films KILLER OF SHEEP and COMPENSATION! Plus new films like Jia Zhang-ke’s CAUGHT BY THE TIDES, Alex Ross Perry’s PAVEMENTS and SO MUCH MORE!
