In BEETLEJUICE, Tim Burton creates a supernatural funhouse world which is home to the title character (Keaton), a ghoulish “bio-exorcist” who is hired by a recently deceased couple (Baldwin & Davis) to help them scare away the obnoxious new owners of their New England home. Unfortunately, Beetlejuice takes a shine to the new residents’ daughter (Ryder) and it takes the combined efforts of everyone involved to get rid of him.
