In Tribute to Harry Belafonte

Belafonte stars alongside the legendary Dorothy Dandridge in the big screen adaptation of the revered musical CARMEN JONES based on Bizet’s opera Carmen. Set in North Carolina and Chicago during WWII, CARMEN JONES follows the doomed love affair between initially upstanding Corporal Joe (Belafonte) and the uninhibited, independent Carmen (Dandridge).
