Not so much a sequel as an expansion of the world containing one memorable character, SANJURO has no direct story connection to Yojimbo but it does feature the same masterless samurai at its center. The great Toshiro Mifune stars as a wandering mercenary, calling himself Sanjuro, who is drawn into a group of samurai fighting against corruption in their community.
