In the follow up to the breakthrough success of THE SIXTH SENSE, Shyamalan once again teamed with Bruce Willis to take advantage of his ability to play a damaged everyman. Willis plays an unassuming security guard who discovers that he has superhuman abilities when he survives a deadly train accident and is contacted by a mysterious gallery owner (Jackson).
