IT’S FESTIVAL SEASON!
We’re always excited for spring around here, and not just because it means that warmer temperatures are on their way… March brings the beginning of film festival season to Boston! The Brattle will be hosting events with the Boston Women’s Film Festival, Boston Underground Film Festival, and Wicked Queer throughout March and April and we’re especially excited to welcome back the Independent Film Festival Boston for their big twentieth edition! Of course, we’ve still found time for plenty of screenings of our own, including our annual Muppet Madness program, a tribute to Burt Bachrach, a Gina Prince-Bythewood retrospective, and a series of films featuring the collaboration between Akira Kurosawa and Toshiro Mifune!
The Brattle’s new early spring 2023 calendar arrives from the printer soon! Can’t wait to get your hands on a copy? Check out the online calendar or download a PDF.
Tickets for select events are now on sale. Please remember to share your favorites with friends via email, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter!
